This consultation is meant for the client who wishes to plan their event themselves but may require a small amount of assistance. If you need advice on etiquette, vendor recommendations or even help choosing guest gifts, Thatz A Plan will assist you in the decision making process.
An Affair To Remember
For the client who has completed the majority of the planning themselves and would now like to relax and enjoy their magical day. This package includes full wedding day coordination. We will attend and direct the wedding rehearsal and ceremony. A complete wedding day intinerary will be drafted in order to ensure all members of the bridal party are aware of the event schedule. Vendors will be contacted one (1) day prior to the event to verify all details. A wedding coordinator will be in attendance up to the newlywed couples first dance. This package includes two (2) one (1) hour consultations prior to the event date.

Beginning eight(8) weeks prior to your event date, a wedding coordinator will assume the remaining fine details. Services include vendor confirmations, final menu selection, assistance with seating arrangement, attendance and coordination of rehearsal and wedding ceremony. We strive to ensure the wedding day is enjoyed by not only the guests but the client as well. This package includes unlimited consultations beginning eight(8) weeks prior to the event as well as all services in the an affair to remember(day of) package.

Offering full service wedding coordination, this package is for the client that is content to leave all the details to a wedding coordinator. A comprehensive service that includes unlimited consultations, theme developement andimplementation, recommendations for decor design,vendor services, favours, flowers, food and attire. A wedding coordinator will offerassistance with setting and maintaining a budget as well as booking and confirming vendor services. A detaileditinerary will be developed for the day of the event to ensure all members of the wedding party are aware of the schedule. A coordinator will be in attendance at the rehearsal as well as the ceremony in order to provide a relaxed stress free celebration. Once the ceremony is completed thecoordinator will visit the reception site in order to verify all expectations have been met. The coordinator will stay onsite at the reception facility up to the newlywed couples first dance. From "I will" to "I do" this package offers the most complete coordination service.
